Trend Micro anti-virus has blocked all IA downloads because of a faulty security certificate.

EDIT: McAfee has also blocked IA downloads.

Well, it looks like I've got all I'm going to get from IA until this problem gets fixed. IE won't download and I can't download from Firefox either because when I right-click a file on there, no usable options come up. IE has been what I use until now. If there is something I've missed, let me know. I can't even log in with IE.

Same problem w/IE9, can't download movie files w/o getting certificate error. Maybe site has been hijacked?

I have experienced the same problem for the past 2 days.
I'm using IE9; I downloaded last week w/o problems, not sure what the problem is w/ website's certificate or wether the site has been hijacked.

I can download using IE11, but can't upload with IE or Firefox. Which IE version are you using?

Not sure. I think it's IE9.

If it is, it definitely is time to upgrade to IE11, for which your operating system must be Win7 or Win8. If your OS still is XP, you cannot upgrade IE. So your best bet would be to start using Firefox.

Incidentally, XP itself becomes obsolete in early April, and will no longer be supported by Microsoft. So before then you'll need to upgrade your OS to Win7 or 8.

Vista? Yikes! I suppose MS will be supporting Vista for a while longer, but I really don't know for sure, and I don't know which IE versions are compatible with Vista. Good luck!

I never update Windoze XP.

I use Comodo firewall, Avast anti-virus, and I don't use Internet Explorer.

No problems.

This seems to only be an Internet Explorer problem affecting https addresses. When accessed through Firefox these URLs open correctly.
